  • Message Frequency: Messages are recurring and frequency varies based on your account activity (e.g., permit renewals, violation warnings).
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon sending "STOP", you will receive one final text message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
